Chapter 1: General provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions under which members who have agreed to them and registered may use PEASMILE (the “Service”), operated by SKYZ Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).
Article 2 (Name of the Service)
The Service is operated by the Company and is called “PEASMILE”.
Article 3 (Definitions)
- “Model” means a member who receives photo shoot requests.
- “Photographer” means a member who requests photo shoots from models.
- “Shoot fee” means the amount a photographer pays for a shoot.
- “My page” means the page available only to each member.
Chapter 2: The Service
Article 4 (Content of the Service)
The Service provides a place where models and photographers request, book and pay for photo shoots. The agreement for each shoot is made between the model and the photographer when the request is confirmed.
Article 5 (Requests and confirmation)
A shoot is confirmed when the photographer sends a request, the model accepts it, and the photographer completes payment of the shoot fee.
Article 6 (Fees and payment)
- Shoot fees and extension fees are set by the model.
- The Company holds the shoot fee until the shoot is complete. After both parties confirm completion, the Company pays the model, minus its commission.
- Commissions, system fees and paid plan fees are as shown in the Service and are paid by the method the Company specifies.
Article 7 (Cancellation)
- Cancellations shortly before the shoot date are subject to the cancellation fee shown in the Service.
- If the model cancels, the photographer receives a full refund of the shoot fee.
Article 8 (Use of photos)
Photos may only be used within the scope (social media, exhibitions, commercial use, etc.) agreed between the members in the Service before the shoot.
Article 9 (Locations and safety)
Shoots take place in studios or public places, and not in hotels or private homes. Adult content is outside the scope of the Service.
Article 10 (Suspension of the Service)
The Company may suspend all or part of the Service at its discretion for maintenance, failures or other unavoidable reasons.
Chapter 3: Members
Article 11 (Membership)
A person who agrees to these terms, completes registration and is approved by the Company becomes a member.
Article 12 (Eligibility)
Members must be individuals aged 18 or older with an email address who agree to these terms. Photographers requesting shoots must hold a credit card.
Article 13 (Identity verification)
Members must submit an image of an official ID (a passport for visitors from overseas). Requests cannot be sent or accepted until verification is complete.
Article 14 (Password management)
Members are responsible for managing their own passwords. The Company is not liable for damage caused by misuse of a password.
Article 15 (Prohibited acts)
- Use for improper purposes, or use of another person’s name or credit card
- Adult content, or requests for it
- Photographing or involving anyone under 18
- Exchanging money for shoots outside the Service
- Meeting other members for purposes other than photography, or asking to do so
- Photographing or publishing without consent, or breaking the agreed NG list
- Asking other members for contact details or addresses (except through the Service)
- Acts that break the law or public order, or involvement with antisocial forces
- Any other act the Company considers inappropriate
Article 16 (Leaving the Service)
Members may leave at any time by the method the Company specifies. Paid plans stop billing from the next cycle, with no pro-rated refund.
Article 17 (Suspension and removal)
If a member breaks these terms, fails to pay, does not submit ID, or the Company otherwise considers it inappropriate, the Company may suspend or remove the member without notice.
Article 18 (Disclaimer)
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damage caused by incorrect member information, breaches of these terms, or disputes between members. The Company will reasonably cooperate to help resolve disputes.
Article 19 (Personal information)
The Company manages members’ personal information properly and handles it according to the Privacy Policy.
Chapter 4: Miscellaneous
Article 20 (Changes to these terms and the Rules)
- For business reasons, the Company may change these terms and the rules of the Service at any time, including prices, fees, request fees, paid plans, campaign conditions, messaging conditions and other conditions of use shown in the Service (the “Rules”). Members agree to this in advance.
- Before a change takes effect, the Company will announce what changes and the date it takes effect, by posting in the Service or by another method the Company considers appropriate.
- Changed Rules take effect on the announced date. Using the Service on or after that date means agreement to the change.
- Members who do not agree may withdraw before the change takes effect. Fees for shoots confirmed before a change takes effect follow the Rules in force when the shoot was confirmed.
Article 21 (Governing law)
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Article 22 (Jurisdiction)
The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to the Service.
Supplementary provision
These terms take effect on October 16, 2026.
